Bogue Miller, Principal of The Miller Richmond Company, has been associated with the firm and its predecessor since 1984. Prior to his association with the firm, he held senior management positions with Motorola, Philips Electronics and GTE. After seventeen successful years providing telecommunication products and services to the healthcare industry, Mr. Miller started a new career in commercial real estate brokerage. Within four years, he not only grew his personal portfolio of clients, but he acquired his company from an absentee owner. Today, Mr. Miller and his firm are regarded nationally for expertise in tenant representation.
Mr. Miller is a 1967 graduate of Auburn University and a member of the Football Letterman’s Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Executive Leadership Foundation, The Ravinia Club Board of Governors and the Cobb County Economic Development Council. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia and is a member of The Atlanta CEO Council and American Israel Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Miller is a founding member of The Alliance of Tenant Representatives and was previously Chairman of The International Tenant Representatives Alliance. Mr. Miller is a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church and is in training for the Stephen Ministry.
David Rubenstein, Principal of The Miller Richmond Company, has been associated with the firm since 2000. A licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia, Mr. Rubenstein has consistently placed in the highest category for office leasing production in The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. He also participates in a variety of national account business as a founding member of The Alliance of Tenant Representatives. Prior to The Miller Richmond Company, Mr. Rubenstein worked as a commercial real estate developer for Cousins Properties Incorporated and Holder Properties, Inc., two of Atlanta’s leading commercial real estate development firms. He has had numerous articles published and presentations delivered on the topics of commercial and medical real estate.
Mr. Rubenstein’s professional and civic activities include: Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors; Governor Appointee to the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust; Board of Directors of American Israel Chamber of Commerce; Sandy Springs Planning Commission; Executive Board of Directors of The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Board of Directors of The Atlanta CEO Council and member of The Ravinia Club.
Mr. Rubenstein has been named to The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40.” He is also a member of Leadership Atlanta – Class of 2003.
Mr. Rubenstein received a B.A. in economics and graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University. He received his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Julie
Pollak is a licensed salesperson and Associate with The Miller
Richmond Company. She formerly served as CEO of SpaceMatters, Inc,
a joint venture between The Miller Richmond Company and Ivan
Allen Workspace addressing holistic space requirements of corporate
clients.
Julie has held several positions within the architectural/design industry with more than a decade of experience. Her career began at Schneider Wright, Inc. working on small to mid-size corporate architectural projects. Her assignments included designs for prospective tenants in Jones Lang LaSalle, Lincoln Properties, Taylor & Mathis and Koll development projects. She later joined Godwin Associates and specialized in on-call design and real estate strategy solutions for clients such as Duke Weeks Realty, Georgia Pacific, Coca-Cola, SunTrust, Inflow and Schlumberger Sema. Julie continued her career with Gensler, one of the most recognized and respected design firms in the world and later held an Associate Vice President role with SunTrust Banks in their Corporate Real Estate department.
Julie is a graduate of Marist School in Atlanta and holds a B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
April
Farner is a licensed salesperson and Associate with The Miller
Richmond Company. She formerly served as President of SpaceMatters,
Inc, a joint venture between The Miller Richmond Company and
Ivan Allen Workspace addressing holistic space requirements of
corporate clients.
Prior to SpaceMatters, April was the Executive Director for the Atlanta CEO High-Tech Council. In that role, April was responsible for growing the Council from a grass roots networking organization to a powerful alliance of the area’s most influential technology executives. The relationships that she has created continue to keep her in the forefront of the technology community with access to some of the most cutting edge advances in the industry.
April holds a B.B.A. from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
